First of all, start with a big tub of this fabulous chopped salad. I use purple & green cabbage, carrots of many colors, garlic, red & green bell peppers. You could choose your own favorite veggies for your chopped salad. Just don't use weak lettuces, as they will wilt. Cabbage has soooo many more benefits and will hold up. I make this big tub 2x a week for 3 of us that eat it 5-6 days a week for lunch. Now, for your new favorite (and healthy) salad dressing. Dish up your bowl of salad and drizzle 1-2 oz of Nana Cider over it. Then if you like a little more pizzazz, add a bit of balsamic vinegar and BAM💥 you have the perfect, healthy lunch or dinner. Oh, wait, we have to add a healthy protein. Choose black beans, chick peas, edamame, black eyed peas, lentils or any fave vegan protein you'd like. This is so satisfying. You will crave it! And now you have your daily serving of Nana Cider!
