Nana Cider is a big fan of vegetables. You see, in every bottle of Nana Cider is a delicious helping of garlic, turmeric, ginger and horseradish. So just 1 morning shot of Nana Cider starts your day off with veggies! Well done. Think about all those veggies in your fridge right now. If those vegetables could talk. They'd probably say things like: "hey, I'm dying in here" or "lettuce out!" or even "I have such great things to share with you". It's so easy to incorporate vegetables into your day. Even if the only ones you like are carrots and sweet potatoes or green beans and tomatoes. Then just eat those and throw in some garlic, a little salt & pepper and Bam! side dish. The husband loves fresh tomatoes with sliced cucumbers, chopped garlic and drizzle of caesar dressing, (not too much) and a little crush pepper. No need to cook, just stir and enjoy. Toss some spinach into your smoothie. Any place you like to add vegetables is ok. It doesn't have to be prepared side dish. They just have to get into your tummy. Whenever I get the grandkids into the car with me, I alway take a baggies of slice carrots sprinkled with a little sea salt. They will eat those any time, any day. They love things that crunch.
