Did you know that Brazil nuts are high in selenium? That's a mineral with potent antioxidant properties. Eating Brazil nuts may reduce inflammation, support brain function, and improve your thyroid function and heart health. We should limit ourselves to 1-3 a day, though. I keep a jar of them right next to my Nana Cider shot glass. A simple, quick habit to add to that morning shot of your Nana Cider. It's the little things we do each day that make a big difference.
